Alyssa Garcia, a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, was born and raised in Edinburg, Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), where her interest in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) first blossomed. It was during her final year of undergraduate studies that Alyssa was introduced to ABA by a professor, sparking a deep curiosity about the field. The more she learned, the more she realized that ABA was the perfect fit for her passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact. This led her to pursue her certification as a BCBA, and she has been working in the field ever since.

Alyssa’s professional journey is driven by her desire to empower individuals and improve their quality of life through evidence-based strategies. She is committed to supporting individuals in reaching their full potential and working closely with families to create tailored interventions that foster lasting change. With a deep understanding of the importance of a personalized approach, Alyssa works to build strong, trusting relationships with each client, ensuring their unique needs are met with respect and care.

When she’s not working, Alyssa enjoys engaging in hobbies that allow her to unwind and recharge. She is an avid reader and she also enjoys practicing Pilates, which helps her maintain balance and well-being. And, like many, she loves shopping for a little retail therapy from time to time.

At home, Alyssa shares her life with her mini long-haired dachshund, Pippa, who is a constant source of joy and companionship. Whether she’s at work or at home, Alyssa approaches everything she does with warmth, dedication, and a genuine desire to help those around her thrive.
