6Juan Frias was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where he developed a strong sense of community and a curiosity about human behavior. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Houston in 2017 and later pursued his master's degree at Capella University, graduating in 2023. Although he always found psychology fascinating, Juan's path to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) was serendipitous, leading to a rewarding career where he helps individuals achieve meaningful growth and positive outcomes.

Juan is passionate about tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual, bringing empathy and creativity to his practice. His dedication stems not only from his academic background but also from his personal experiences growing up in a family where ABA became a shared profession—his siblings all work in the field as well.

Outside of work, Juan leads an active and vibrant life. He enjoys exploring new music, staying physically active, and experimenting in the kitchen with different recipes. He’s equally enthusiastic about indulging in delicious meals and relaxing with a great movie. His home is made even livelier by his two beloved dogs—Tommy, a loyal and energetic German Shepherd, and Teddy, a playful miniature poodle.

Juan’s approachable personality, combined with his deep understanding of behavior and commitment to fostering positive change, makes him a valuable member of the team and a trusted support for families. He is excited to continue making meaningful connections and impactful changes within the ABA community.
