Rivi Rotenberg

Director of Operations

Rivi Rotenberg has been an integral part of Steady Strides since its inception, spearheading day-to-day operations and strategic planning for company growth. Hailing  from the dynamic streets of New York City, Rivi graduated from Temple University of Philadelphia in 2022 as an Occupational Therapist. Her journey in the field led her to collaborate closely with exceptional clinicians in ABA, where she engaged in joint programming  and expanded her expertise.

While her role at Steady Strides isn't clinical, Rivi cherishes how her background as a therapist enriches her perspective, allowing her to approach operations  through a compassionate and insightful lens.

Rivi's dedication, resourcefulness, and genuine care for every child form the cornerstone of Steady Strides' mission, propelling the organization to extend its  impact across the landscapes of Texas.

Beyond the boardroom, Rivi enjoys biking, indulging in a good read, cherishing moments with her family, and savoring her daily dose of coffee.
